A: The standard MOQ is 50–100 units per model per color. For initial trial orders, we can ship once the total quantity reaches one 20GP container (approximately 150–200 units); we support mixing 2–3 different models/colors to help you test the market with minimal risk.

A: Samples: 7–15 days after confirmation.
Standard Mass Production (Off-season): 30–35 days after receipt of the deposit.
Peak Season (September to February of the following year): Approximately 45–50 days. We recommend that commercial projects submit inquiries and place orders 3 months in advance.

A: Our products are specifically designed for high-traffic commercial environments. They comply with the European EN 581 safety standards for commercial furniture, and the woven ropes have passed UV resistance testing for 3,000 hours. We are also able to facilitate pre-shipment inspections conducted by SGS, TÜV, or any other third-party agency you designate.

A: We utilize multi-layer EPE foam and non-woven fabric wrapping for protection, employing high-density stacking packaging. A single 40HQ container can accommodate 450–550 units (depending on whether the chairs feature armrests), thereby maximizing space efficiency and minimizing your per-unit shipping costs.

A: Warranty: The aluminum frame structure carries a 3–5 year warranty, while the woven ropes and surface coatings are covered by a 2-year commercial warranty.
After-Sales Service: Upon submission of photos or videos documenting issues found during unpacking, we will-for any defects attributed to manufacturing or shipping damage-provide free replacements (either new chairs or spare parts) in your next order, or issue a direct credit/deduction against the corresponding invoice amount.
